Is there a minimum contract term?

Nope. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime (except on Christmas Day – that's just mean).

Are there any hidden charges?

The price you pay covers everything from design to hosting. No set up fees. Nothing. If you opt to pay month to month however your domain name is not included (this is usually around a tenner a year!).

How do I buy a domain or host my website?

We want to make it as easy as possible to get your website up and running, so we'll take care of all of this for you. If you'd like to purchase your own domain though, or if you're on a month to month plan, just give us a call and we'll be happy to offer our advice.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

We do all the usual stuff to make your website as SEO friendly as possible. And we can connect your Google Analytics account, so you can see which pages are performing well and which ones need attention. But it should not end there.

Achieving a high rank requires more time and effort. Regularly checking search results and analytics as well as providing good content and encouraging others to share your content will help greatly.

How long will it take to build my website

Website designs usually take between two to three weeks, but we can give you an exact time frame once we've started.

Do I get a discount on a yearly plan?

Yes. Most of our customers decide that yearly billing is for them, and we offer this at a discount to monthly pricing. You also get a free domain with your annual plan.

How do I cancel the service?

If you decide that your website just isn't doing it for you anymore then just get in touch with our team and we'll cancel your service immediately.

How do I pay?

All payments are taken by direct debit. And the first payment will be taken the moment your site is ready to go live.
